Lovely photos, Yubby. It looks like you had a lot of fun. The girls look so much more grown up (again).

The backdrop looks beautiful. I'm not envious, mind - just insanely jealous!

Great pics - looks like a great trip.

The Whitsundays and that whole coastal area is a fantastic part of the world, and I must admit to pangs of jealousy seeing those snaps.

    Nice one

    Thanks ladies and gents.

    Beautiful coastline all around Oz.
    Exceptional up around the Whitsundays.

Bingo Bowen/Horseshoe bay is approx 1 hr travel north of Airlie Beach which is deemed the gateway to the Whitsundays.

Western Australia is where you find more remote picturesque beaches.

Whilst a long time ago now, I've still got some great memories of Airlie Beach (far away in time ), and sailing around the Whitsundays for a few days with a load of backpackers that I'd met up and down the coast. Marvellous, bloody marvellous days.

Yes, Western Australia's beaches were my fave, but Queensland's beautiful too ... Like Nuc, lots of happy memories
