Wintry showers pushing southwards this morning, and limited brightness. Turning drier this afternoon with sunny spells developing, though still feeling very raw in the strong winds. Some further sleet or snow possible later, even to low levels.

I live a mile from the ground and its fine and sunny. No frost or ice or snow residue but there will be a blustery cold north wind. But otherwise no problems about the match going ahead.
