    Getting fans back

A couple of really good posts on the other site about this from Mick West and MK Iron but will the club listen? Great drive being shown from Mr Swann and Mr Robins but the marketing side of the club remains very much non-league standard.

And I continue to be amazed by the sullen attitude of many of the staff at Glanford Park. We are customers so don't make me feel like a burden.

No, if you run a business and think it's about your customers helping you out you are not only stupid but doomed.

I'm pleased you've had such a positive experience with the ticketing staff. I and many others haven't. Too often I have made to feel like they were doing me a massive favour just by serving me. Poor customer service costs.

    It's all about attitude.

You said 'it's what we can do for the club rather than what they can do for us'. Funnily enough that's the same attitude you get from some of the office staff. I rest my case.

i wonder if its the same handful of people doing all the complaining.
catering, pillars, ticket office, size of pitch, sound system, toilets, the singing corner, stewards, stadium security manager, the ex chairman, is their something else you want to complain aboot.

If something can be improved upon I'd rather people complained than just stuck their head in the sand pretending everything is perfect. The club do monitor social media and even post on the other site so it gives them the opportunity to see what they can do better. I don't see a problem with that.

With the odd exception fans generally don't complain for the sake of it but because they love their club and want it to get things right and go on to greater things.

    re: Getting fans back

it amazes me how fans around me who go to most if not all home games know so little about our team.

    Question "who is he"
    Answer kyle wootton
Question "who did we buy him from".

    amazing.

telling part time supporters around the area how much the team has improved under robins is a must, for the club and ourselves as fans.
