However i must admit we had a Chow mein take away and watched Eastenders

I don’t really eat ( as good as I should ) while working nights , it ****s me up !
Cornflakes & fresh orange this morning ( well around mid day tbf ) had toast in the afternoon & a very small omelette for me tea , I be wasting away eh :-)
