I have never had problems with the office staff,but we have to remember thy could be having a bad day like most people get complain to the management if not happy.Its hard to get bodys back to the ground when we get bad refs and co that spoil the game,plus thy will proberly prefer sitting by the fire than getting cold and i think that money is tight with some folks at this time.
