Congratulations to City who are the Lowland League champions without kicking a ball yesterday when their nearest rivals were beaten and now go on to the first of the new play - off games where they will meet the Highland League champions elect Brora Rangers, the winners of that one taking on the bottom team in Scottish League Division Two (currently Montrose)
