    Shirt draw

I see the shirt draw for next season is on Thursday 30th April .

Can this be right ? How are you going to encourage old or new entrants when the league campaign isn't finished yet and we don't know what teams we'll be playing next season or indeed what league we'll be in ?

Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm sure they did exactly the same last year . I also think entries were DOWN last year despite the league having Rangers , Hibs & Hearts in it & most definitely the biggest & best media coverage in our leagues history

If only they'd waited until the playoffs had been decided

Entries will continue to drop unless somebody's attitude changes IMO but can't see that ever happening .
Maybe it's time for change !!!!!

Presumably it's to get the sponsorship money in earlier? This could help in signing up players earlier for the following season? Or maybe it's just a simple thing like the time scale to get next season's shirts made ...

Perhaps but if you're looking to maximise sales then it would help if potential draw entrants knew what teams we're playing , what league we'll be in & how much television & tabloid coverage the winner will get .
