They were BANG out of order
Once again they did themselves no favours on Sunday by letting off that "bomb" just after kick off.
Quite rightly, the rest of the surrounding support voiced their displeasure at what was an idiotic act.
By all means boys, sing, chant, jump and dance about but Queen of the South FC do not need this lunacy. That was more than just a "normal" banger. That was something that could have caused a nasty injury.Cut it out,or the authorities could take action.

It was silly and hopefully the person responsible is dealt with . By all accounts it was a really young lad the Police spoke to . Don't think though people should tar them all with the same brush . There's several different groups , young & old , who stand behind the goals and the vast majority behave themselves . Their vocal support is the best we've heard at Palmerston for years .
It was a noise grenade i think but i dont have a problem with smoke bombs and stuff if they keep it among themself but the fact they throw it down the terrace is the point that bugs me. It is only a small minority who just cling along and try to be cool away days are a better atmosphere without the silly wee waynes and just the middle to late ****s plus some in there 20s
Give them a small section in the corner of the terrace were they can have there pyro and not have to worry about hurting others
A small minority off them were also out of order at the rangers game on Thursday night trying to fight with the police near the end off the match it's embarrassing for the club that sort of behaviour.
It is an offence to let off smokebombs, flares, etc and could land the culprit in trouble with the police and the club in trouble if reported by the referee or SPFL match observer. The rangers fan who let off the smokebomb at Thursday night's game was fined 350 pounds and banned from attending football matches for a year. There is no denying that this group add to the atmosphere when giving their support in the right way but foolish actOriginally Posted by fruitloop
They need to stop doing silly things as it's costing the club now with the heavy police presence and extra stewards.
Have to agree that this is going to cost the club for extra police etc and the police will not be happy till they nail someone.the lads are great with the singing at the game. maybe just maybe that the fact our own fans have started to turn against the culprits it's maybe the boot up the @rse they need.the other thing it might force the club to do tho is make Junior blues for 10 and under and that would force them away from the game.
unfair on many of our young fans but the club might be forced to take drastic action like that to stop it.
