    Contracts

    Ian Russell has today signed a new deal at QoS according to his twitter. Still unclear how long it's for but I assume it's another 1 year extension...

    Yes but the two we desperately need to keep are Higgy and Dowie - if we achieve that I think the rest will fall into place.

    i have already written Durnan Holt and Reilly off but the aboved are the ones that we can build our team around. Without either or both of them will mean a re-build job at the back so for me that is to be avoided at all costs.

    When I look at our back four it is on a par with most of the middle order Premier League teams so I think we have our work cut out to keep these guys on board. Hopefully though our income from our exploits this season will give us some muscle so fa as the above players ar concerned.
