    - He has brought stability and dignity back to the club.
    - He has a good eye for new players, several of whom have been bargains.
    - We have had an enjoyable cup-run, beating PL teams.
    - He has begun to improve in terms of tactics and use of substitutes.

    - He is quite honest in his reactions, despite what some posters have claimed.
    - No evidence has been produced to suggest that he is some kind of "pally" soft touch for the players.

We all recognise the negative aspects, but I just can't see that he's been the disaster that many fans suggest.
And I still await the unanswerable suggestion for a successor that would make me say, "Of course!"

As I stated earlier, the above plus points, (except for perhaps the cup run). I would hope would be the bare minimum, that would be expected from any manager. Terry Butcher for me

    Out for me.
This steadying the ship stuff is a bit rich! How would Berg or Appleton performed without the interference of Shabby Singh?
To me he hasn't sorted our main problem in all his time, midfield, he makes too many changes and his use of subs is frankly baffling

Terry Butcher???? Ask a Hibs Fan

You only need to compare the way Bournemouth played last night to see the lack of progress and failings of Bowyer.

Bright, inventive and ambitious football played with flair and ambition.

It is a team built on a small budget and many of the players home grown.

Compare to a weak willed, over cautious and scared type of football with no fluidity or movement that GB delivers.

Rovers are slow, one paced and immobile. The defence is awful and without the get out of jail cards of Rhodes and Gestede around next season will surely be in trouble at the wrong end of the table.

Bowyer needs to man up or move on.

I have no idea what your last sentence means.
And again I ask, are you saying we have the wrong players? Or is it all down to GB programming them badly?!!
