    Lee Gregory

He has finally shown he can score goals at championship level and he could be a important player for us next season, Neil Harris being appointed manager seems to have given him and the other younger players confidence they lacked under Ian holloway. Looking forward to next season where I think if bomber is given the job with ex lions livermore and Fitzgerald as coaches these young players can develop in a good team.

I think what bomber has done is kept things simple, and obrian looks better every game.
get rid of the deadwood and bring in a couple of players and we could have a good season.
got to stop giving away soft goals.

What is the latest on John Marquis? Will he be offered a new contract?

I think if Neil Harris gets the job full time then Marquis will be offered a new contract. Harris has said he is in contact with the player and he had turned down a two year deal to stay at Gillingham.

I think Gregory and Marquis would do alright in League one with O'Brian and one another forward to come in. Fuller and the Hof will probably go in the summer.

I think we need to clear out a lot of the dead wood in the squad and go with players like Gregory, Upson, Williams, and the young players. I am not sure about Marquis as he has had a few chances already and never really done it.

It's a funny ole game. Some players perform better under different Managers and the style of play. Torres never found the same form at the Bridge than when he was at the Pool and the same goes for Falcao at Utd.
I don't know if any of the old timers on here remember Bobby Hunt from the late sixties, but he couldn't hit a cows arse with a banjo. Then confidence set in and he started scoring goal after goal and even if he didn't score his work rate was such that the fans loved him. If Neil wants Maquis in the squad then it's because he has faith in the lad and knows what he is capable of offering in a given style of play

All Lee Gregory said was thst he hoped rotherham bottle it which is nothing. The reaction of steve evens lastnight lacked class and shows him up for the fat northern gob****e he is.
