    The League doesn't lie obviously Auks. That said, if the issue is a mental one. How do we move forwards. Is it down to player judgement? Apparently Fergie placed a great deal on this. Or has the manager instilled as much as he can offer?
    If the latter is the case then a managerial change is inevitable. If it's player judgement you've got to look at the coaching and tactics.
    Look at City. they have on paper the 'best' players, but you have to question their mental strength at some of the losses.
    It's pretty damned obvious that Mourinho places a lot on mental toughness with the way his teams play and the comments on his leadership from players.

    And, Davhor, I reckon that kind of on-field leadership is priceless. I used to watch Bryan Robson with awe in that respect. Gary Flitcroft was pretty inspirational too.
    Unfortunately, those qualities don't seem to be as common as you'd expect, and, of course, you need the sporting ability to go
