It all sounds like he's left on good terms judging by the quotes from Pearson and Chasari.

But it does leave me wondering what knowledge he takes to Leeds of our targets, budgets and plans etc.

This new guy we've got doesn't sound like a replacement for Pearson, looks like he'll be in charge of youth development/academy etc...Pearson's replacement will be along later...I'm hoping DC puts as much into recruiting players as he is committee men..
