    Great wee start to the season in the pertofac Cup

    Last 4 teams oot were Queens. the Cleyholers, Hibees and Currant Buns who meet in Edinburgh

    A kind draw for us. No doubt, though, that the tie of the round (and probably the tie of the competition) is Hibernian v Rangers. Can Rangers win this competition at the fourth time of asking?

    While I enjoy Queens doing well to me the first round of this cup is another pre season friendly without as many subs as neither team will be fully match fit.

    Teams full fitness never comes to fruition until late August mid September

    Would probably agree with that QosinIraq . The players can be fit but not necessarily match fit .

    Unfortunately the game falls on the same weekend at the Wickerman music festival and trades fortnight. . That might reduce the crowd
