I'm going to make my prediction a couple of days before the season starts when all the dust has settled With the incomings and outgoings.

That's a good call. At present though, I see us finishing about 15th. I'd probably guess for Burnley to finish about 10th. Pains me to say it but at the moment they're a better equipped outfit as a club. I think we have the better players on the pitch, but we will lose at least one more key player to add to the one we already lost, and it is going to take some savvier recruitment than I think we can manage to compensate for that in this embargo. But will give it a rethink when the window is closed.

Bit of a blow losing Shackell so near to the start of the season, but if he doesn't want to play for you then get rid I say, at least we got three million for him.. In Dyche we trust... Don't think he is too happy at losing him though. :/

It's becoming more and more obvious you will finish streets ahead of us alf
Rhodes and gestede will be gone and replaced with unknowns(which might turn out good)40 goals is a lot to lose make no mistake we will be in a relegation battle.

Think you are absolutely spot on,Robin. Early days but with both Gestede & Rhodes gone Id be happy with stopping up The bottom line is other teams are cherry-picking our quality - nonetheless exactly the same is happening to Burnley.
Do think Dyche has got a tiny bit of Alex Fergusons German(not Scottish)cunning so lets hope Bowyer can pull another rabbit or two out of the hat(like he did with Cairney & Gestede...).
