Should give fourth official more say.
It's alright sending a player off (Bowery) then having it overturned but half the damage has been done (player down for rest of game) :/

Off rule; I agree with the one where a player is offside, doesn't touch the ball but is close to the keeper (puts keeper off the ball)

I don't agree with; player still walking back from an offside position when ball is played up front, he lets the ball go but then goes to challenge it when opposition have the ball.

Evans should sit in west stand.

WRT sending off - there's got to be some way of not penalising the team of the sent off player. Retrospective actions punish the offending side but do nothing to restore the balance in the game itself. For those games which have video coverage, perhaps the 4th official could make a judgment after re-watching the incident within minutes of it occurring. If the player was sent off erroneously, he should be reinstated immediately. If the sending off was the result of a dive or feigning injury by an opposition player, that player should be given his marching orders.

WRT to offside, the new rules leave a lot of interpretation in the hands of the officials. However, unlike Millertop I'm in favour of the rule which states a player is offside if he's walking back from an offside position then turns to challenge for the ball. Imagine if such a player subsequent pins a defender in the corner and the ball can only be cleared for a throw in. Rather than having an indirect free kick from the pla
