Im not for the sacking of the manager at this point, but , how many games in, on current form, will Evans last?
watching the game yesterday it seems Evans has totally ran out of ideas. Personally I felt he had poor tactics towards the end of last season and we stayed up on good team spirit and fight. We have none of that with this team, a defence yesterday with the average age of 33 not really looking bothered or up for the fight. Players out of position and looking lost all over the pitch.
We were playing a team who like us had not won a game yet, so he starts 2 defensive midfielders which in the past hasn't worked, playing Richardson at left back when Aidy White or Newell were there to be used. Then takes our most creative player off at half time!
Tony Stewart has a choice to make, stick with Evans and go down with a wimper probably losing some of our fan base along the way, thinking of league 1 next season and Evans success in the lower division. Or get someone in who knows the league and will take a different approach to things. We just aren't playing to our strengths and Evans tactic

pointless changing at this stage. new manager will only have the same tools to work with until the January window. reassess in november imo.
wednesday game will be the decider
New manager may use the tools more wisely, play Wood for example.
Doesn't the loan window open soon after the main window closes? If so that offers a few options.
