    O/T Pet Gripes

    Things that regularly bug you...

TV actors holding take out coffees in those lidded cups that clearly are clearly devoid of liquid..it's the way they hold them...

Idiots that linger in front of the ATM machine, after the cash has been dispensed

People who don't pluck the hairs out of their facial moles

When you have ONE item in the supermarket checkout and the twaaat in front has 76 and they ignore the opportunity to let you go in front of them

    Please feel free to add.......

    Joggers.
The way they expect you to move so you don't spoil any chance of their attempt at a PB and the way they continue to jog on the spot like a ********* whilst waiting for pedestrian crossing lights to change to green.

People who "can't start the day properly without a Costa" when they couldn't give a ********* about coffee 10 years ago.

Shoppers who think it's ok to hold a lengthy conversation with the checkout person whilst the queue I'm in behind them gets longer.

Extras in the background of most TV programmes.
    No one gesticulates that much.

Jim White and his *********ing stupid yellow tie.

Young people (mostly under 25) who won't give their seat to an elderly person on a bus and look up at you in a total lack of amazement and incomprehension when you do.

Half depleted / semi defunct pop combos that masquerade as the original band...I see that two Monkees are on tour ( I dare not mention Half of Slade for fear of wrath of Tony)

In the states we call them "pet peeves" (waiting for someone to post "Americans who always bring up how they're different" )

Most of mine deal with driving. I cannot stand people that weave in and out between cars when not on the highway. They always end up stopped at the red light with everyone else. They're the same people that are up your tailpipe if you're not going more than 10 over the speed limit.

    Tailgaters.

People who interrupt and talk over others in a conversation.

People who put paper napkins an assorted rubbish on their empty plates while others are still eating.

    College students texting during lectures.

When you have ONE item in the supermarket checkout and the twaaat in front has 76 and they ignore the opportunity to let you go in front of them
Interesting the differences in etiquette. I would not expect to be able to jump the queue just because I have fewer items than the person ahead. Occasionally someone will offer. Do you have express lines in your supermarkets?
