    Northern Ireland's governing body (IFA) is one of the founding members of FIFA. It's actually the Republic of Ireland who broke away and formed their own team. Boot them out if you have an issue.

    Some people could say that Scotland is'nt a bona-Fide nation either,their really just a region of Westminster.

    There are many African and concaaff nations who want just one team from the United Kingdom.

    Anyway from someone who remembers when n Ireland reached the World Cup in Spain,when the troubles were at their peak and yet we had Gerry Armstrong and billy Hamilton singing and partying happily after beaten the host nation.

    For some reason all the home nations seem to go past the first round apart from scotland
