It's also short sighted to believe fans will be happy to wait while we eventually might even come good. They won't, they will walk.

Good call. Lets add some more pressure. Some people just don't learn.

pressure comes with being a footballer wangker ,deek5trans is correct fans will walk ,i would say there must be at least 50% of the current queens attendance that only care about seeing results after paying to watch them ,poor results will see a drop in attendances for sure .

The team isn't playing badly. Oliver, Harris, Smith etc haven't played together much. That it takes time, is obvious, even to the dumbest "fan". Even a successful QoS team barely attracts 2000 home fans these days, sadly. Perhaps the walkers have already walked.
I hope sensible fans will stick with the manager and team for a bit longer.

Team not playing badly and not only losing but not scoring is a major concern.

I would rather play ********* and win.

We need to come up with suggestions to help the manager.

Probably not but no harm in offering some, we're not going to get the credit if he does.

well transfer window is gone and we are going to have to cope with the cards we are delt ,i do think we have a decent squad there ,what i think needs to be done is find a working formation ie 3-4-1-2 ,which i think will suit us best ,next select the best 11 and stick with them and build some understanding ,its our midfield that worries me atm ,no one seems to know what position thay are playing ,once thay get that sorted the forwards should start to receive better service .
