Ask most Millers who they want to replace Evans and we tend to trot out thes from the bookies shortlist - Ferguson,Redfearn Gray etc without a great deal of thought. Hopefully Tony Stewart and his advisors will have a little more imagination when selecting the man to take us forward.

For me it is a pity Paul Cook has recently moved to Portsmouth so unlikely to come. Paul Lambert out of work but probably too expensive. One of the most exciting sides I saw come to Millmoor in recent years was the Wigan side lead by Paul Jewell ,obviously his career has tailed off somewhat since but I think he would be worth a shout.

If all else fails for a manager with a strong local connection and proven track record at this level get Mr Warnock off his tractor,I think he could at least keep us up this season.
