    Hard work

That was not pretty. Still all the same problems showing. One piece of quality enough against a terrible Fleetwood side who came for a point but hopefully this win will give the players a bit of confidence. Madden on his own up front will never work and he was constantly giving possession away. We were far too slow in the build up for most of the game and when we tried to speed it up we couldn't find a pass to save our lives with Laird the biggest culprit. Hopper did make a difference when he came on though. Rowe and Lolley both looked short on match fitness and struggled to make an impression whilst King was a downgrade from McAllister in midfield.

    re: Hard work

I have supported The Iron since the 1970's, and saw some real rubbish when we had to get re elected after finishing last in the old div 4. With this in mind I am never too negative when we are able to survive in what would then have been div 3 (L1).

At the end of the day it seems that Fleetwood parked the bus, so I'm happy that we got 3 points!!

No comitment no passion in the first half we looked like a team of players that was on the field and anything will do.I would be telling them what thy are supposed to do to earn thier keep or put a player in that want's to play for us.I was glad Mirfin had a good game only noticed one slip but solid as usual.I dont think Robbins is out of the woods yet because yesterday a good team would have beatan us.upti
