IBS - often your posts are thought provoking and/or amusing but this one, like our record under NR, is pointless!

He's only been in the job a few days, so he might forget where the dressing room is.

Well I thought he was dressed quite well on Saturday.
Dark grey trousers, white shirt and a snazzy grey jumper over the top to finish.

    So.....no I don't think he`s lost the dressing room.

Could be the start of something good.

If he ever tries to wear Steve Evans's trousers he'll fine he has plenty of dressing room - whichever side he chooses.....

I'd never keep up with your sparkling wit, C64F!! (Actually I do post quite a bit. It's just with the time difference few people see my postscripts tacked on to the end of long threads; they've already gone cold by the time I come on the scene and everybody's tucked up in bed!)

Anyway, that's one of those jokes you have to be of a certain age to get. The days of the gents outfitters are sadly long gone.

Speaking of which you will probably remember this great TV ad. - view external link

They don't do ads like that anymore, in fact I don't think they do suits like that either.
As for my sparkling wit....the only things that sparkle about me are my gold fillings & my baby blue eyes.

Parkgate actually, Wickersley`s far too posh for me.

CT. the nearest thing I can remember to Dunne & Co was Greenwoods in Rotherham.
