Part of the problem is that he is not picking the best starting line-up from the players that are avaiable (Today and last Tuesday)
Playing players out of position/diamond formation hasn't worked.
Only positive - sounds like it was a great goal from Barker on his debut

He's a youth team coach totally totally out of his depth.The only way out of this mess is for Mr Stewart to realise he has made a grave mistake,bite the bullet and sack him. The big worry of course is how capable our technical committee of finding the right. replacement. If the rumours that alleged applicants such as Phil Neville and Gaizka Mendietta were overlooked I doubt that they are!

Most teams that get a new manager steadily improve,I have seen every game under Redfearns and we have steadily got worse,he is starting to remind me of Andy Scott,he looks out of his depth and the players look like a Sunday league side,something is very very wrong at the moment.Wrong team selection players out of position unbelievable errors in defence,embarrassing to watch it can't get much worse or can it.

He has made some stranger team selection but I still beleive he will get us out of this shi te.
He knows who he wants to let go, he knows who he's sending or might have to send out on loan, he knows what we need and is doing something about it.
Yes I'm peed off about the first half today but second half we had the right players on and that's why I clapped them players.
