Queens Calendar Globe Inn for December 2015 Query

This month's calendar has the photo with Jim Patterson playing in defence vs. Kilmarnock at Rugby Park, also showing Willie Morrison and Killie's Andy Kerr scoring a disallowed goal in December 62 in a Scottish Cup match. The replay was in March 63 due to the severe winter but the calendar says March 83 with Derek Frye scoring in a 1-0 win. I was wondering what the actual scoreline was in the replay at Palmerston and who scored in this match?

The 1983 is a typo mate and nowhere does it say Derek Frye just Frye but for your interest it was his father John
who scored the goal in the replay

Thanks for that. I know that it didn't say Derek and I'm not even sure when he played with Queens? Does anyone know if he was there in the early Eighties? Didn't realise his Dad played for Queens.

Derek Frye 37 apps 8 goals mid 70s then a second spell in late 80s and a third in early 90s when he did a bit of coaching after Ally McLeod got the bullet
    John Frye 1962 - 1963 - 38 apps, 7 goals
almost identical stats for father and son

Thanks for the information. Just looking how large the crowd was there in that photo.
