Any inkling of creativity has been pushed out of the team in the past few months. Ledesma hasn't been given a chance. Andreu, the most creative player in the squad, can't get in the team. Joe Newell, the most creative player in the team is constantly substituted. Derbyshire, the only striker with a footballing brain at the club never starts. Maguire shown the door straight after showing his ability at set pieces against Wednesday (Okay, he's rubbish). The most composed player in the team is now Kirk Broadfoot. The Ward twins offer little yet to be the firsts on the team sheet.

We need some flair. We need a talisman.
