it has nothing to do with Evans and Leeds, a loan is first agreed between the clubs as the club loaning him out will want him to develop, it isn't a transfer. If they think he is better suited at Leeds with all the uncertainty I would be surprised and Spurs won't worry about the money on such a young player. That is just my view however I need to be careful having a view on here as some people (not referring directly to you) that think they run the site don't like you having an opinion if you don't go to every home and away game or chose to have a different opinion from them ) lol
