    Feck are they still going ? My mate was heavily into them when we were at school in the 80s. I was more of a Smiths ,Joy Division/ New Order man back then with a heavy dose of the Cocteau Twins.

    Fleet Foxes new album quite good and getting into Father John Misty although he takes a few listens.

    I loved Ensiferum years back and saw them a few times; they did cross the line into 'overly cheesy' territory a while back, though.

    They canna haud a candle to Moonsorrow.

    Finnish black metal is right up my street. It's got a lot of folky stuff, but also more filthy and demonic stuff - Horna being one of the best.
