Anyone remember a band Goodbye Mr Mackenzie. Saw them and the likes of them, Deacon Blue, Wet Wet Wet etc. at the Venue in Aberdeen. Always thought they were a talented band and would make it big. Not to be for some reason.

I use Songkick. I found it's much quicker than Bandsintown.

Great weekend so far for the Radio 6 festival. Dutch Uncles, Edwyn Collins, Songhouy Boys, Thundercat and Bonobo highlights so far.

Met all the presenters at Saint Luke's and the Tramway. John Lydon was an arse as usual though.

Great city for music and gigs.
