Thread: Burnley v Rovers

    Burnley v Rovers

Hey everyone just wondering what your predictions are for the upcoming derby in a few weeks at the Turf.

even though the clarets are riding high and rovers are struggling at present, it is a derby game and a one off.

Rovers were extremely unlucky in the game at Ewood, missing numerous chances and Burnley taking theirs.

Heres hoping the return fixture in a few weeks will be a great game.

That's the whole point, without venkys both teams could have been playing premier league football and the games well matched. Sigh.

I`ve said on another topic somewhere that it is the first time in just over 40 years of watching Rovers that I dont think we stand a chance in the derby .

'Slings and arrows of outrageous fortune' and all that. Just as long as our team gives a good account of themselves, that's all I personally ask.
I just feel sorry for JR12 with all the sleep he's going to lose
