    Haltime warmup by subs

A very minor beef really but perhaps indicative of the need for more professionalism. The past few home games, I've noticed the subs for the away teams often do an organised warm-up routine at halftime (laying down the markers) before ending up with the customary kick around.

Our bunch seem to amble out late, treat it as some kind of social event (one week Jamie Reid spent the entire break leaning on the barriers chatting to a friend).

Sometimes it's the little things that mount up

You are perfectly correct. All season our half time warm ups have been a disorganised rabble. A quick chat, a few passes, some wild shots in the general direction of the goal, with the sub goalie nowhere near the goals.
Other teams have a member of the coaching staff go through drills. Why don't we?
It is symptomatic of the dire situation we are now in. We have a management team that have absolutely no idea. No organisation, no tactics other than 1 up front and absolutely no motivational skills
When Jim Butter was here he at least put the sub goalie through a warm up. Why does Mike Cargill not do the same? He surely doesn't take part in any half time team talk.
