Thread: Arbroath 0 v 0 East Stirling

    re: Arbroath 0 v 0 East Stirling

I skipped attending the East Stirling game as I am not in favour of winter football and idea of spending £12 to stand next to the north sea on a cold winter's night did not seem like an attractive night of entertainment - a few shared by most Arbroath fans who also skipped attending.

Regarding the 'broath's league position, if we fail to gain promotion then there will surely be changes coming .

Arbroath's best competitive home performance of the season. Football to be proud of. Sadly again it didn't lead to goals (move the posts, not sure which way since there were many close shots). Agree the first 20 minutes were good, but the last 20 minutes were excellent and all subs justified. When are the only footballing side in this division going to get their reward? "Next year in Jerusalem"? We need a restructuring of the leagues to allow opportunity for football to be played again. Really fed up of the 11 biggest lads from the pub turning up with their own boots, a bit of fitness and some brutality.
Best ref I've seen this season.
This being a twice postponed game - the true supporters were there.
What went wrong on Saturday last?
