Use common sense something that Kettle seems to be lacking in,blow the whistle when the ball is in neutral territory that's what any sensible ref would do,there is enough controversy in the game without adding to it with stupidity,but this is Kettle.

Agree. How does the referee know to the millisecond when to blow for time? It's impossible and common sense has to be used. Kettle has none of this but plenty of ego. It's all about him. Should be struck off, he is an alien
