He his a coach just like McLaren not a manager,two different jobs,Redfearn also a coach not a manager.I would love T/S if he his so adamant about our Academy to give Odriscoll sole control of our academy & leave him too it.But I think he would ask for too much money.But to sack him after 16 games,footballs gone mad again.
