Hall Of Fame
Some want an academy - be it Cat 2 or 3 and some don't want one - ultimately cos of the cost. Many are happy Bakes has been out on his bike and some want to play our kids instead of imports like Udoh. There seems to be sense in signing the right older player to encourage our kids but sometimes we don't sign the right older player.
Basically all posters are correct in their views, partially at least. The club needs a balance of academy/older players/imports to mould. We haven't been getting this balance right for quite a while now so we can't blame or criticise fellow fans for wanting change. We are all correct as fans collectively and our hopes are that our glorious club leaders to do what they were presumably elected for. Guess it's all down to boardroom trust.
Hall Of Fame
The lad we signed last week is exactly the sort of person we should be signing. One to be developed like Luke Varney was. However, I do agree we need an older head rather in the mould of David Fox. However, when we sign these there is criticism because of the quality. Quality which is dictated by our budget.
