    Little black linesman

Second time I have seen him this season and he has been absolutely useless both times.

How does he maintain his Championship status to run the line with such a poor standard of performance?

In today's game and politically correct world there's no justification using that term to describe them.

    They are referees assistants

It amazes me how things happen in front of him and he dosent see it :/

He also gave offside (couldn't see if it was from where I was) when he couldn't have possibly seen it because he was no where near up with the player.

If we have a problem with the Lino (every game ) it's nearly always the one on the west stand side, is that where Kempo sits?

There aren't many black linesmen so probably promoted beyond his capability, same thing happened with Uriah Rennie.

The officials were very poor last night and inconsistent in that they pulled Rotherham up for just about every infringement but let Boro get away with pulls, tugs and pushes all game. At least three of the yellow's received by Rotherham players were very harsh. Smallwood for a high boot, Derbyshire for a terrific tackle as he tracked back and Halford for whatever the little black linesman saw on the touchline - it was a mystery to everyone else in the ground what he did to constitute a yellow card. Even his second yellow barely even constituted a talking to, never mind getting sent off for.
