    Midweek Wednesdays

I noticed a few weeks back we moved to Wednesday for a midweek game. Than its back to Tuesday. Anyone know why was it because of a Sunday game?

Billy liar moved it to Tuesdays!

I preferred Wednesdays would it not be a good move to go back to it with so.many televised games?

There is some pseudo science that says Sat Tues then break is better for the players than Sat Wed. Seems a bit dodgy logic to me, I suppose the extra few hours makes a difference but I'm not a sports scientist.

Always used to be Wednesday's in the good old days because Wednesday was half day closing and people who worked in shops could get to the game. 7.30 KO too. And 10 minutes half time. It was great as, working on nights at Derby Loco I could run from the Baseball Ground and be in work only about an hour late.
