Why not, our record of signing fringe strikers from Villa has worked a dream over the last couple of years, hasn't it?

Given the guy has said he is a central striker has he really been given a chance?

I've heard a few Villa fans say he's been the shining light of their season. Still don't think I'd sign him, especially since they paid £12 million for him and I'd imagine we'd have to pay at least half of that to get him.

A bit like saying the weather in Syria is nice for the time of year.
