    The Three-At-The-Back System

We seem to have been much more fluent and creative in the last two games, using this formation.
Is it the way to go in general?
Perhaps it is only fully effective against the weaker teams, who don't provide too much of an attacking threat. Presumably, it does allow someone like Ben M. the opportunity to be more of an attacking threat.
Now we know they can operate this system successfully, it would be nice to think that Hanley, Duffy and Kilgallon will all still be on Rovers' books next season!

    re: The Three-At-The-Back System

Kilgallon's contract expires along with many players in the summer if venkys don't appoint a new manager soon whoever takes over in the summer won't have much of a squad left
back to your original thread I cannot comment too much as I wasn't present but results very often speak volumes
next season ward could come in to replace kilgallon in that style of formation
Walton could be nurtured through as well.

Agreed robin. Think it will be very much cut your coat according to your cloth.
