A clear sign of mental instability would be, pretending to be a football fan when clearly you are not, pretending not to live in Westhill when clearly you do and trying to promote your only agenda thinking it will change people's minds and failing miserably over and over again.

So, a reasonable minded person would wonder who the mentally unstable, nutter, clown, excuse for a human really is.

    Dundee - 10,152
    Motherwell - 10,314
    ICT - 11,507

    An average of 9,799
I see what you've done there. Just miss out the highest attended midweek games - the European ones - because that makes your argument seem better.

    So many flaws.

    1) There are not 50 bus routes to Pittodrie
    2) As for the parking issue, this is completely laughable. Your happy for drivers to park in the streets around the stadium at Pittodrie, but cite this as a blockage for Kingsford. There are more parking options at Kingsford than there is at Pittodrie

So you accept your flawed point with the examples I gave

    Rush hour on a Saturday?????
Rush hour on roughly 27% of midweek games with an average less than 10k?

Pittodrie is not able to cope with the traffic congestion on match days and Kingsford offers a swifter exit than the current options at Pittodrie.
I say this as a driver to Pittodrie, who parks on residential streets and will seriously consider using the P&R options at Kingsford

We had two European games this year, three last year.
    The attendances are very flexible

    As examples, last year:

    Fola Esch - 12,570
    Ventspils - 10,672
    Maribor - 17,105

Adding these into the domestic games gives an average of 11,168.

Nowhere near the impact that NKS are projecting, their facts just don't stack up

Are we not aiming to increase attendances at the new ground?

Aye because we can change big game charlies into full time fans.

We will not increase our fan base as we are not well supported and never have been. I don't know why some folk cant understand that

Or we could do an arsenal and paint the crowd

    Good point.
I suggest targeting some good forum members who do not currently go regularly
