ffs why are we going over and over this! Look, if the plans are approved then were moving .. end of. If they are not approved then i suspect the club will have little choice than to redevelop Pittodrie which will cost the club millions of quid in lost money and leave us with a huge debt (not a mortgage).

Anyway how much is a potential redevelopment and separate training facilities going to cost?

Like I have said im not for or against it. I just don't want to be fed heaps of lines with very little to back it up

Seems that way but they are making a point in saying its the first ever to get outside sponsorship, so it must have been a nice wedge

Indeed, I gave speculation based on the information / suggestions that have been put out there

1) Pittodrie Sale
2) Naming Rights
3) External Investment (See Dave Cormack)
4) Fan Funding
5) A.N.Other funding option not disclosed yet

Nothing will be firmed up until planning has been approved.
It's absolutely ludicrous to think they would detail out before anything is finalised.
Its also delusional to ask the same questions expecting a different answer

A mortage is also a debt. Except it's secured against your primary asset.
