Do you geniunely beLIEve that we couldnt redevelop Pittodrie?

We were told it couldnt be done...then when that myth was busted it turned to, well we could do it but it would be a reduced capacity.

Thens the playing games in Dundee and the Central Belt bullsh!t.

I wouldnt trust them an inch.

I’m a firm believer that there is always a solution.
The problems occur when restrictions are put in place that need to be complied with.
I’m fairlie (ok deliberate spelling mistake) confident that the outcome quickly identified that economically it did not make good business sense.
Whatever the delta was, I doubt there was sufficient investors / fans willing / able to cover the difference.

There were plenty of restrictions for Kingsford and then there is the shuttle bus shambles.

I wonder who it did make good business sense for?

    The fans were never asked.

I also notice you dodged the lies we were told.

So it's going to be 2023 now, next year it will be 2024, then 2025 and so on.

I'm sticking with my prediction that it's never going to happen.

That’s not true and we’ve been over this many a time, so not dodged anything.

Impossible at Pittodrie though. There isn’t the room.

There's a few factors that make redevelopment at Fulham a lot easier than Pittodrie. Main one seems to be Fulham's Chairman isn't a total C unt who supports a rival team in their league.

    I don't think it's impossible.
I guess the question is whether we would get planning permission to cantilever a stand over a public road (Pittodrie Street).
Then of course understanding what the commercial impact would be.

It looks like they are not renovating over Stevenage Road

For those comparing this with Aberdeen and Pittodrie.

The whole project is costing £100m. They'll play with just three stands for two seasons. End result is stadium capacity will increase by 4,000.

The comparison was with the land size, not the cost.
