It can only be because they have already accepted some s'hite about the height of the stands.

It was the final nail in the coffin for me, I had been trying to talk myself round to the idea.

It was because a stadium a couple feet higher was totally out of order with the NIMBY's. So the cooncil said, "ach make the stadium ****e cos a couple wife swappers have height issues"

Slavia Pragues Eden Arena 21k and 34m quid (the main joining the behind goals stands look a bit **** in the corners but its a tidy ground)

Tend to have my doubts given the inefficient way that projects are run in this country but if Hearts can deliver on budget so can we surely
