Assuming the same costs, the club would still have the costs as you say to demolish Pittodrie, no sell on value, potential loss of revenue with reduced capicity during revelopment.
Like I said, I'm open to it being possible, but lets agree it would cost more and thus at the very least a commercial decision to move.
Totally agree. I wrote Milne a couple of times objecting to the move to Kingsford and he replied personally which surprised me. He even offered to meet me to discuss but I did not take him up on it as he was unlikely to convince me of the sense of the move and I can not imagine he would come round to my point of view. I still take the view that there is no reason why Pittodrie could not be redeveloped other than Milne's determination not to do so. I would rather we stayed with a capacity reduced to 12,000 ( which is nonsense, but has been threatened by Milne ) than move to Kingsford. I am a shareholder and have no intention of funding the new stadium in any shape or form.
