Was it not 50m but it has risen a few million?
I only had a quick scan of it and certainly don’t want to look at it again but it read to me like the whole thing was £50 million, £12 million had been already found for the training facilities.
Of course they could change that tomorrow and anyway it sounds a lot of money for a scout hut and a couple of pitches out in the sticks.

Aldo, the patience of a big cat stalking his quarry. Cramp in poor Aldos finger hovering to hit that button. As you were!
Still never going to happen.
Let me try to clarify and then make a couple of points
When they first started this off they said £50M for everything being £40M for stadium and £10M for training facilities. They then said they consciously increased the training budget to £12M by adding extra scope e.g. a hybrid pitch with undersoil heating so as a minimum the cost will be £52M. At a recent meeting they said that final budget will depend on final design and advice on generating extra income. The example they gave was they would rather spend £50M on the stadium to generate £3M extra income than spend £40M for £1M extra income.
I'm with Jupiter, Milne won't fund it so I still don't think it will be built (banks won't loan to Scottish football). If I'm wrong and Cormack/Crotty fund it then whatever the budget you can then add 20-30% for a typical Aberdeen major infrastructure overspend so could very well end up being £60M+ for stadium
