As shown by previous periods where we had much better quality.
Trying to fill Kingsford will be much harder once the novelty wears off.

I reckon you could put 5000 on the gate at Pittodrie, regardless of the shyte on the pitch & it would cost next to nothing

I'd like to think that whatever the outcome, there will still be a club to support, whether it be at Pittodrie, Kingsford or East End Park
Rarely fill Pittodrie but Kingsford will be rammed of course?

"but the question really remains if there was any coherent alternative proposed to persuade a different way of thinking"

Would it have made a difference? I doubt it this was a done deal before any maintenance took (or didn't) place on the existing facility.

    You couldn't.

The crowds they currently get are actually very good. Surprising as the product is piss poor and the folk in charge of the club are loathsome.

I don't think anyone has said that.
I think that the crowds will probably be very similar. Some will not go on principle, some new supporters may be attracted and start going.

Possibly, but I'd like to think if there was a much better option that outweighed moving then someone would have suggested / came forward. Maybe wishful thinking, but its clear nobody was able to convince an alternative strategy

4/5 pound for a Junior game is good. Kids always free too.

26 to watch Aberdeen and 5 for a kid

I know where there is more entertainment and better value for money. East End were decent untill Culter decimated them
