I want to see more pics as my view now is it looks sh@te with the same height all the way round 1 tier job. To say thats to generate atmosphere is utter pish. An atmosphere is generated if it wants to be generated. Nae because of the design.


Take Moldes Aker Stadium, much smaller than what we want but im sure an architect can bang in a few more seats into a similar design. That Genk een is decent to and is a wee bit bigger, im sure and architect could lose a few seats in a similar design.

Im not opposed to a new stadium. I will be if it looks sh@te and that pic does look gash

Well, it seems after their latest revelations on the stadium , no one is any the wiser.

in fact they have added some extra confusion by not even showing a proper technical drawing of the architecture.

added with some BS about height of ground , no doubt an attempt to pull the wool over us

This shows the internal layout of the stadium more clearly. It looks fvck all like that Danish stadium, St Johnstone, St Mirren or Livi.

There isn't a cross section drawing to show how steep it is planned to be but the corners on the north side of the stadium are filled in with seating 2/3rd's of the height of the north stand.

Those cross-sections are from Loirston, the supporters bar is planned to be at the NE corner at Kingsford not the NW.

The board deserve some credit for planning to have the north stand corners more filled in than they were at Loirston. Finding £40M to pay for thing won't be so easy though.

Just had a quick skek at the stuff on the website.

Transport shouldn't be a problem. 1 mile residential parking exclusion zone should placate the old duffer in Lawndale Drive who moaned that his daughter might not be able to park outside his house.

Exclusion zone doesn't include the zillions of parking spaces in the industrial spaces.

Parking winna bother me .... 35 minute walk fae the hoose.....
