Any word if a main contractor has been appointed for the training facility build yet? Work was meant to commence in October.

All that has been done so far is site clearance work, drainage, internal roads etc etc by McIntosh Plant hire, but the work on the facility itself has yet to commence

On my way doon the road today I took the boulevard and Pac Jnr did his usual "daddy theres Pittodrie". When I looked over I felt gutted

I have always had an issue with the state its in. Whether its the Y and its collapsible seats(which have given me plenty laughs over the years). Whether its the South and its mismatching seats (just make them all red or all yellow for f@cks sake)

But as I looked across it just looks f@cking filthy. The bit of corrugated plastic missing from the (mainer)side of the Dick End has been missing since last season at least. That whole plastic bit looks minging and drastically needs a wash which is also nae a new issue. That goes for the plastic sky light bitty at the back of the top tier too. Filthy. The mainer roof needs a bloody clean too. It just looks a midden from that vantage point

I take it this is part of the "Pittodries f@cked its imperative we move" plan. As well as let it crumble, let it look filthy.

There also seems to have been a big hole in the part of the mainer stand just where it changes from tin cladding to asbestos (?) for ages. Might want to start wearing a dust mask next time your sitting underneath there.
