Its still debt at the moment and they are talking about starting ASAP if they get permission

So we've established that for an outlay of less than £26m Kingsford provides a 20,000 seater stadium and an academy.

The purple huns will have to pay £15m for a new 7,200 stand.

This is the reason why the board are hell-bent on moving from Pittodrie.

My own preference would have been a new stadium at the Kings Links and the academy at Kingsford but the cost of the groundworks at the Kings Links would've been an extra £5m.

It's ok, I was beaten to it. You'll have a 20 minute walk for a bus to Kingsford, but you'll drive to the train station for pittodrie. Why not just drive to Kingsford? It'll be far quicker for you than now.

You haven't taken into account rising costs. When did anything ever come in on budget. Even £10/15m crippled us last time. Milne and co said so at every opportunity. It's never "managable" the way people seem to think it is.

Thats why liquated damages are included in building contracts. Building and Civil Engineering projects are completed on budget every day in this country.

How manageable it will be will depend on how much revenue the stadium creates and the cost of a long-term loan bank loan compared to the current maintenance costs of Pittodrie.
