It will be a sad day when they tear the auld hoor down. I have seen some stadiums fall to ruin or get torn down and its a sad day. Hopefully like the hold highbury, they can retain part of the stadium for future use.

Indeed, the Clock End and Northbank went.....however, the East and West stands were listed......Highbury flats with garden/car parking now and you can see Ashburton Grove from Highbury.......I can only assume wiggy/cronies plan some hastily built accommodation with snagging lists that would fear you at our present home......no comparison in the ideologies......sadly.

I remember when they they started it. My old boy was taking my bro and me to the Leisure centre for a puddle and the grabber thing was hauling the roof off. We watched it for a wee bit.

Never once sat in it. I just remember the hill up to it looking gigantic. Probablly has got steeper in time in my memory

Only ever sat in it once. It was the Copenhagen game in 1991. The only memorable aspect of the game was when their late winner kicked off a fairly vehement "Smith must go" protest.
